1.- What is the procedure to confirm our return pick up from the
resort back to the airport?

1.- What is the procedure to confirm our return pick up from the resort back to the airport?
Your return
schedule is based on the information you provided us when
you made the reservation and is made before you actually get to
Orlando. The driver who brings you to your resort will then
attempt to confirm it with you should you choose to decide.
If you are unable to decide at that time or wish to change
the pre arranged time, you can call us at any time
or contact us

2.- Do you provide transportation service to other attractions such as Universal Studios, Sea World, Kennedy Space Center, Busch Gardens and other destinations?
Yes, We are a complete transportation service.
We provide transportation to anywhere our guests wish to go.

3.- We have multi-family members coming from different parts
of the country and arriving on the same day, but at a different
time. We wish to ride together to Disney. How can you arrange
this with us?
If the time
spread between flights are not too far apart and you do not
mind waiting for your other family. All you need to do when
filling out our reservation form is to provide us with name
and flight information of the flight that’s arriving the latest
and instruct your other family members who are arriving early
to meet up with you and your chauffer at the baggage claim
area.

4.- How early do you require a reservation to be made?
We will
do everything we can to accommodate guests with short notice,
but we require people to make their reservations 24 hours
in advance. Don't have 24 hours? Call us directly at 407-844-3578

5.- We made a reservation with you a while back. Do we need to call to reconfirm our pick up from the airport?
Remember, We
will send you a confirmation email after you submit your transportation
request. More importantly, it will give you the opportunity
to verify the information you have submitted to our system.
If you find any discrepancies, please reply back to the same
confirmation email and tell us what to correct. Send

6.- Can we request a regular car seat? What is the charge if any?
Yes, you can request a car seat.
It is FREE.
When to
use a regular car seat?
Regular car seats are used for children who weight 10 kg (22
lb.) until 18(40 lb.), generally from about age 1 to 4 1/2
years.

7.- When do we pay for our transportation?
You can pay
your chauffer when you reach your destination. The chauffer
then will issue you a receipt. See

8.- Can we pay with credit cards?
Yes, We accept
all major credit cards: Visa, Master, Amex and Discovery. You can make the payment online using Paypal Secure System.

9.- Can we cancel the reservation?
All no-shows
and late cancellations are billed one way fare of the vehicle.
Cancellation numbers should always be given and noted. The
client is responsible to ask for the cancellation number
when an order is cancelled. If you do not have a cancellation
number, you will be charged one way fare. Cancellations must
be made at least 24 hours (eastern time) prior to the pick
up time for pick ups originating at MCO Orlando Airport
& Orlando executive airport. Pick ups originated at any
other airport must be cancelled 48 hours prior to the meet
& greet time (eastern time).

10.- Which are your rates?
The minimuns
charge for cancellations is one way over the regular rate.
The rates are shown on this site. All rates, and cancellation
policies are subject to change without notice. All rates
vary during high demand, events or dates.

11.- Do I need a credit card to hold my reservation?
No, we do not require a credit
card to hold your reservation. You will pay after the service has been rendered.

12.- Do I have to pay any cancellation fees if I need to
cancel my reservation?
No cancellation
fees will be charged if you decide not to use our services,
but please contact us within 48 hours of your scheduled
arrival. A chauffer will be sent if you do not cancel in
time and we will incur in unnecessary expenses. one way
of your total reservation will be charged for "no shows".

13..- What should I do if I miss my flight or connecting
flight?
Just give
us a call and let us know which flight you will be getting.
Your chauffer will be screening your original flight, so
please contact us as soon as possible with the new information.

14.- How will I find my chauffer ?
After landing
at Orlando International Airport or any other Airport, Train
Station or Bus station, just follow the directions to the
baggage claim area. Your chauffer will "Meet and Greet"
you there and he will have your name on a sign. If for any
reason you don't find your chauffer please call us.
We will locate your chauffer and send him over to you.
