The minimuns charge for cancellations is one way over the regular rate. The rates are shown on this site. All rates, and cancellation policies are subject to change without notice. All rates vary during high demand, events or dates.

No, we do not require a credit card to hold your reservation. You will pay after the service has been rendered.

No cancellation fees will be charged if you decide not to use our services, but please contact us within 48 hours of your scheduled arrival. A chauffer will be sent if you do not cancel in time and we will incur in unnecessary expenses. one way of your total reservation will be charged for "no shows".

Just give us a call and let us know which flight you will be getting. Your chauffer will be screening your original flight, so please contact us as soon as possible with the new information.

After landing at Orlando International Airport or any other Airport, Train Station or Bus station, just follow the directions to the baggage claim area. Your chauffer will "Meet and Greet" you there and he will have your name on a sign. If for any reason you don't find your chauffer please call us. We will locate your chauffer and send him over to you.
